• Remove the flowers from their packaging soon after delivery.
• Use clean scissors or a sharp floral knife to trim 1–2 cm from the bottom of each stem.
• Cut the stems diagonally to create a larger surface for water absorption.
• Place the flowers immediately in a clean vase filled with fresh, room-temperature water.
• Remove leaves that would sit below the waterline.
• Change the water and clean the vase every one to two days.
• Re-trim the stems every few days.
• Keep the flowers away from direct sunlight, heaters, and air-conditioning vents.
• Avoid placing cut flowers near ripening fruits.
• Remove wilted blooms and damaged leaves promptly.
